Only products purchased on may be returned.

  • Shipping costs are not eligible for refunds.
  • Any products that are nearly empty, tampered with, or filled with other substances are not refundable.
  • Items that have been damaged or lost from personal usage—dropped, stolen, spilled, mishandled, etc.— are not refundable.
  • Partial sets or bundles are not eligible for a return — only complete sets.
  • Items purchased from another retailer are not eligible for a refund.

We unfortunately do not accept international returns at this time.

Can I change my order?

If you made an error when placing your order, contact as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you. Once an order has been fully processed, we cannot make changes.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

If you receive a damaged item or item(s) in error, please contact within 48 hours of the delivery date to discuss refund and return options.

How do I make an exchange?

We allow exchanges on a case-by-case basis. If the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you. For questions or concerns, email

What items are non-refundable?

All sale items. This includes merchandise marked down during flash sales, seasonal promotions, and special offers.

How will I be refunded?

You will be refunded in the original form of payment or for store credit (if applicable). Please note, we have no control over your banking institution, and they may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.

How do I ship back the item(s)?

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 7-10 working days after approval.


What should I do if I want to return/exchange a T Bazi item purchased at another retailer?

If you purchased a T Bazi Oil product at another retailer other than, we cannot process your return or exchange directly. Once we have sold merchandise to a third party, each retailer is in charge of their return/exchange policy. Please contact the store that your item(s) was purchased from to discuss your options.
