Within the US we ship with USPS or UPS; to Canada with USPS. We aren't able to ship to other countries yet.

We do not offer overnight shipping.

Address & Shipment Issues

What if I need to change my address?
  • If you accidentally inserted the wrong address on your order, you can update by clicking on the “Update Address” link in your order confirmation email. If you haven't received your order confirmation email, it may have gone to your spam folder.
  • Once the order has shipped, we cannot make any changes, and you will need to follow up with the shipping courier directly. If you need to contact the shipping company, you can find the name of your shipping company and the tracking number for your order in the shipping confirmation email you received from Shopify. You can find your shipping confirmation email by searching for your order number in your email inbox.
What if my order is missing or damaged?

If something is missing/damaged from your order or the tracking number status is delivered, but it never arrived, please email us at info@mytbazi.com and provide us with your order and tracking numbers.

When will my item ship?

Orders ship the next business day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

What types of shipping options do you offer?

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders of $75 or more ship free to the US and Canada. It's applied automatically at checkout.
