These Official Rules govern the T Bazi Radiance Reset Giveaway (“Giveaway”). By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

The exact appearance, size, shade, scent, model or other details of individual prize components may vary from promotional images.
The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash. No prize substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion. If a listed prize component becomes unavailable, the Sponsor may substitute an item of equal or greater approximate retail value.
The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state or local taxes and any other costs or expenses not expressly included in the prize description.

GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time on August 11, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on August 31, 2026 (“Giveaway Period”).
The Sponsor’s computer system will serve as the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.
Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
The potential winner is expected to be selected and announced on or about September 1, 2026, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who:
Are at least eighteen years old at the time of entry; and
Have reached the age of majority in their state or district of residence.
Employees, officers, owners, directors, contractors, representatives and agents of the Sponsor, as well as members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible to enter.
For purposes of these rules, “immediate family” includes a spouse, domestic partner, parent, legal guardian, child, sibling, grandparent or grandchild, regardless of where they live.
The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
HOW TO ENTER
Entrants may earn entries through the methods described below. Unless otherwise stated, each entry method may be completed only once per person during the Giveaway Period.
Automated, scripted, bulk, fraudulent or mechanically reproduced entries are prohibited.
A. Instagram Required Entry — One Entry
To receive one entry through Instagram, complete all of the following during the Giveaway Period:
1. Follow @mytbazi on Instagram;
2. Like the official Radiance Reset Giveaway post; and
3. Comment on the official Giveaway post and tag one woman who deserves time to return to herself.
The person tagged must be a real individual known to the entrant. Entrants may not tag fake accounts, celebrities with whom they have no personal connection, businesses, brands or multiple accounts belonging to the same person.
Completion of all three steps is required for the Instagram entry to be valid.
B. No-Social-Media Entry — One Entry
Social media is not required to enter.
To receive one entry without using social media, submit the Giveaway entry form located at: https://mytbazi.com/pages/Giveaway
The form must include the entrant’s:
Full name;
Email address;
State of residence;
Confirmation that the entrant is at least eighteen years old; and
A response to the prompt: “Name one woman who deserves time to return to herself.”
Submitting this form provides the same one entry as completing the Instagram required-entry steps.
Limit one base entry per person, regardless of whether the person enters through Instagram, the website form or both.
BONUS ENTRY METHODS
After completing either the Instagram required entry or the no-social-media entry, an entrant may earn the following bonus entries.
A. Share to Instagram Stories — Two Bonus Entries
Share the official Giveaway post to your Instagram Story and tag @mytbazi.
Entrants with private accounts must send a screenshot of the active Story to @mytbazi by direct message before the Story expires.
Limit: Two bonus entries per person through this method.
B. No-Social Alternative to Story Sharing — Two Bonus Entries
Entrants who do not use social media may receive the same two bonus entries by completing the following prompt through the Giveaway entry form:
“In one or two sentences, describe what a personal reset means to you.”
Limit: Two bonus entries per person through this method.
C. Join the T Bazi Email List — Five Bonus Entries
Join the T Bazi email list during the Giveaway Period through the official Giveaway entry form or designated email sign-up page.
Existing T Bazi email subscribers may claim the same five bonus entries by entering the email address already associated with their subscription on the Giveaway entry form.
Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Unsubscribing will not invalidate an otherwise eligible Giveaway entry.
Limit: Five bonus entries per person through this method.
D. Post Your T Bazi Ritual — Ten Bonus Entries
Post an original photo or video showing your personal T Bazi ritual on Instagram.
The qualifying post must:
Clearly display at least one genuine T Bazi product;
Tag @mytbazi;
Include the hashtag #MyTBaziRitual
Remain publicly viewable through September 2, 2026; and
Be created or owned by the entrant.
Entrants with private accounts must send a screenshot of the qualifying content to @mytbazi by direct message
during the Giveaway Period.
Limit: Ten bonus entries per person through this method.
E. No-Social Alternative to Ritual Post — Ten Bonus Entries
Entrants who do not use social media may email an original photo showing their T Bazi ritual to info@mytbazi.com.
The email must:
Use the subject line Radiance Reset Ritual Entry;
Include the entrant’s full name and email address;
Clearly show at least one genuine T Bazi product; and
Include a brief description of how the entrant uses the product as part of their ritual.
Limit: Ten bonus entries per person through this method.
F. Create a T Bazi Reel — Twenty Bonus Entries
Create and post an original Instagram Reel featuring T Bazi.
The qualifying Reel must:
Clearly display at least one genuine T Bazi product;
Tag @mytbazi;
Include the hashtag #MyTBaziRitual;
Be created or owned by the entrant;
Comply with Instagram’s terms and community guidelines; and
Remain publicly viewable through September 2, 2026.
Entrants with private accounts must send the Reel or a complete screen recording to @mytbazi by direct message during the Giveaway Period.
Limit: Twenty bonus entries per person through this method.
G. No-Social Alternative to Reel — Twenty Bonus Entries
Entrants who do not use social media may email an original short-form video featuring T Bazi to info@mytbazi.com
The email must:
Use the subject line Radiance Reset Video Entry;
Include the entrant’s full name and email address;
Clearly display at least one genuine T Bazi product; and
Show or describe how the product fits into the entrant’s skincare or self-care ritual.
Limit: Twenty bonus entries per person through this method.
H. Purchase During the Giveaway Period — Ten Bonus Entries
An eligible purchase made directly from www.mytbazi.com during the Giveaway Period will receive ten bonus entries after the purchaser completes the Giveaway entry form and provides the corresponding order number.
Limit: Ten purchase-related bonus entries per person, regardless of the number or value of purchases made.
A PURCHASE IS NOT REQUIRED. A FREE METHOD OF RECEIVING THE SAME TEN ENTRIES IS AVAILABLE BELOW.
I. Free Alternative to Purchase — Ten Bonus Entries
To receive the same ten bonus entries without making a purchase, complete the free alternative entry section of the Giveaway entry form at: https://mytbazi.com/pages/giveaway
The entrant must provide:
Full name;
Email address;
State of residence;
Confirmation that the entrant is at least eighteen years old; and
A response of at least twenty-five words to the prompt:
“How would you create more time to return to yourself this season?”
A valid submission will receive the same ten entries provided for a qualifying purchase.
Limit: Ten purchase-or-alternative bonus entries per person. An entrant may receive ten entries through a purchase or through the free alternative method, but not both.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ENTRIES
An eligible entrant may receive a maximum of forty-eight entries, calculated as follows:
Required entry: 1
Story share or no-social alternative: 2
Email-list entry: 5
T Bazi ritual post or email alternative: 10
T Bazi Reel or video alternative: 20
Purchase or free alternative entry method: 10
Completing both the social and no-social version of the same entry category will not result in duplicate entries.
The Sponsor reserves the right to reconcile duplicate submissions and award only the number of entries permitted under these Official Rules.
CONTENT REQUIREMENTS
Any photo, video, Reel, caption, written response or other material submitted as part of the Giveaway is referred to as a “Submission.”
Each Submission must:
Be original to the entrant or used with all necessary permission;
Be truthful and not misleading;
Not violate another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights;
Not contain unlawful, hateful, threatening, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit or otherwise inappropriate material;
Not show unsafe or illegal activity;
Not include confidential information;
Not prominently feature another skincare brand or a third-party trademark without permission; and
Comply with all applicable platform rules.
The entrant must have permission from every identifiable person appearing in a Submission. If a minor appears, the entrant must be the minor’s parent or legal guardian or possess verifiable permission from the minor’s parent or guardian.
The Sponsor may disqualify any Submission it determines, in its sole discretion, violates these requirements.
PERMISSION TO RESHARE SUBMITTED CONTENT
By tagging @mytbazi, using #MyTbaziRitual, or submitting content directly to the Sponsor for a content-based entry, the entrant gives the Sponsor permission to repost or reshare the Submission organically on T Bazi’s social-media channels, with reasonable credit to the entrant.
This permission is non-exclusive, royalty-free and limited to organic social-media sharing related to the Giveaway, the T Bazi community and T Bazi customer rituals.
The Sponsor will seek separate permission before using a Submission:
In paid advertising;
On the T Bazi website or online store;
In printed marketing materials;
On product packaging; or
In another commercial campaign outside ordinary organic social-media resharing.
Entrants retain ownership of their original content.
RANDOM DRAWING AND ODDS
On or about September 1, 2026, the Sponsor or an independent administrator will select one potential winner through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Receiving more entries increases an entrant’s number of chances in the random drawing, subject to the entry limits in these Official Rules. A purchase does not provide more entries than the corresponding free alternative entry method.
WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION
The potential winner may be contacted through:
A direct message from @mytbazi;
The email address supplied on the Giveaway entry form; or
Both methods.
The Sponsor will never require payment, a credit-card number, bank information, a password or the purchase of any item to claim the prize.
The potential winner must respond within forty-eight hours after the first notification attempt unless the Sponsor specifies a different deadline in the notification.
As a condition of receiving the prize, the potential winner may be required to:
Confirm eligibility;
Verify their identity and age;
Verify completion of entry requirements;
Provide a valid shipping address;
Sign and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility;
Sign a liability and publicity release where legally permitted; and
Complete any reasonably necessary tax documentation.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond by the deadline, is found ineligible, fails to provide requested documentation, declines the prize or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected by random drawing.
The Sponsor is not responsible for a potential winner’s failure to receive a notification because of spam filters, privacy settings, inaccurate contact information or other circumstances outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control.
DELIVERY OF PRIZE
The prize will be shipped or otherwise delivered to the verified winner at an address within the fifty United States or the District of Columbia.
The Sponsor is not responsible for delays, damage, loss or theft occurring after the prize has been transferred to the applicable shipping carrier, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
The winner should allow approximately [four to eight weeks] after verification for prize fulfillment.
Gift cards and third-party prizes are subject to the issuing company’s terms, conditions, expiration policies and availability.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who, in the Sponsor’s reasonable judgment:
Tampers with the entry process or operation of the Giveaway;
Uses multiple identities, email addresses or social-media accounts to evade entry limits;
Submits false, misleading or incomplete information;
Uses bots, automated systems, scripts or third-party entry services;
Harasses the Sponsor, other entrants or tagged individuals;
Attempts to manipulate the random drawing;
Violates these Official Rules; or
Acts in an unsportsmanlike, disruptive or abusive manner.
The Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, extend or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, platform outages, natural disasters, public-health events, legal restrictions or other circumstances outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control impair the integrity or proper administration of the Giveaway.
If the Giveaway is terminated early, the Sponsor may select the winner by random drawing from eligible entries received before the action requiring termination, provided doing so is fair and legally permissible.
Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.
RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, affiliates, prize providers and promotional partners from claims, damages, losses, liabilities or causes of action arising out of or relating to:
Participation in the Giveaway;
Acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize;
A Submission;
Technical, network, email, website or social-platform failures;
Lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted or misdirected entries;
Unauthorized human intervention in the Giveaway; or
Printing, typographical, administrative or other errors.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited or waived.
PRIVACY
Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used to:
Administer and verify entries;
Contact the potential winner;
Deliver the prize;
Prevent fraud or abuse;
Comply with legal obligations; and
Send marketing communications where the entrant has affirmatively agreed to receive them.
Entry into the Giveaway does not automatically require consent to receive marketing emails, except when the entrant separately elects to join the email list for bonus entries.
Marketing consent may be withdrawn at any time without invalidating an otherwise eligible entry.
Personal information will be handled according to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at:
PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, last initial, city and state of residence, likeness and statements about the Giveaway for purposes of announcing and documenting the winner without additional compensation.
Any broader commercial use of the winner’s image or content will require separate permission where required by law.
DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Official Rules and the Giveaway will be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Before filing a legal claim, the entrant and Sponsor agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally by written notice.
Any legal proceeding not resolved informally must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in [King County, Washington], unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in this section prevents an entrant from exercising a non-waivable consumer right or filing a complaint with an appropriate government agency.
WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT OR WINNER LIST
The verified winner is expected to be announced on or about September 1, 2026, through the Sponsor’s official Instagram account, @mytbazi, and may also be announced by email or on the T Bazi website.

Requests must be received by October 1, 2026.
INSTAGRAM DISCLAIMER
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.
By entering, each entrant completely releases Instagram and Meta from any responsibility or liability relating to the Giveaway.
Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to Instagram or Meta.
Questions, comments and complaints regarding the Giveaway must be directed to the Sponsor, not to Instagram or Meta.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES
Participation in the Giveaway constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to the Sponsor’s decisions regarding the interpretation and administration of the Giveaway.
