Refund policy
Love it in 30 days, or we'll make it right
We want you to love your T Bazi ritual. If you don't love a product within 30 days of delivery, email info@mytbazi.com with your order number and a quick note about what didn't work. We'll replace it or refund it, even if it's been opened.
How it works
- Email us within 30 days of your delivery date.
- We'll reply with next steps, including whether we need the product sent back and how to send it.
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement.
What's not covered
- Gift cards
- Products bought from another retailer (please contact that store)
- Orders shipped outside the US and Canada
